Home Care Services

Assistance with Ambulation

Welcome to the CareBest “family”:
Sometimes we need help in caring for our loved ones. We may have aging parents or a family member who is recovering from surgery or is health-challenged and needs assistance in maintaining their well-being and independence in the safety and comfort of their own home.

As working parents, we may need a caring and nurturing nanny or sitter for our children when a daycare facility is simply not the best option.

There are some of us too who need a trustworthy and capable housekeeper to help make our lives
easier and more satisfying.

If you or someone you love needs in home care, we here at CareBest believe you deserve the best…
The best in Quality
The best in Convenience
The best in Value!

Initiating service is quick and easy:

Call Us:
Just give us a call and tell us about your needs.
We’ll tell you all about our services and our current (very competitive) rates.
We will discuss your specific needs and develop a customized care plan to fill them.
(If you’d like, our owner, Delane Davis, can quickly come to your location (your home, a hospital, wherever you are) to meet with you, discuss your needs and our services.)
You decide if you want CareBest to be “the best” for you and, if you do…….

Register with Us:
It’s easy: We will get our CareBest Information and Registration Packet to you however you’d prefer
by email
by fax
by mail
or by hand delivery to you by our owner

You complete the included CareBest Registration Form and Service Agreement and return it to us

Get the Service You Need:
If your need is urgent, CareBest can often initiate same-day or next-day expedited service.
With your registration complete, we make our caregiver referral to you:
First, we get you a CareBest Welcome Packet (info on interviewing, hiring, compensating & managing your CareBest caregiver).

We immediately search the CareBest caregiver registry to identify “best match” caregivers for your needs.
We discuss your needs with each of the best match caregivers and identify those who are eager to apply for your caregiving position (caregivers are never forced into assignments).
We then call you to describe our best match caregiver and, if you like the match-up description, we have the caregiver give you an introductory call for your telephone interview with her.
If you are pleased with the telephone interview results, you can arrange with the caregiver to come for an onsite interview at your convenience (if for any reason, you are not pleased with the phone interview results, just call CareBest and we’ll refer another of our capable, well-matching caregivers).
You conduct the onsite interview and decide either 1) to hire or 2) to ask for a different caregiver to be referred (the vast majority of our clients hire our initially-referred “best match” caregiver… the decision is all yours).

Hire the caregiver and get the help you’ve been needing:

  • the right personality match-ups
  • the CareBest quality care
  • the exact schedule you require
  • the customized tasking
  • the peace of mind of care well done.

CareBest is only a phone call away should you need additional caregivers, fill-in caregivers or replacement caregivers. Also, should you need assistance on any care management matter, our agency staff is ready to serve you. We work hard for our clients and we strive to be the best!

From the Owner:

My own mother’s struggle with Alzheimer’s began in 2004. At the time she, as she desired, still lived alone in her home and felt that she was completely self-sufficient and capable. Forgetfulness began to occur though and eventually while some bills went overlooked and unpaid, others would get paid twice. Before long, driving also became difficult for her. She would be out and about in completely familiar territory and suddenly simply not recognize where she was.

It was very difficult for me and my sisters to be forced over time to take away her independence but it was a must for her wellbeing and, don’t get me wrong, it was difficult for her too.

If you need help in caring for an aging parent or loved one, call us. We’ve been where you are and we are ready to help.

A simple underlying principle guides us daily here at CareBest “there will never be a caregiver on the CareBest registry that is not good enough to have cared for my own mother”.
